Changes to Doctrin 

From Friday 8  September we are making a few changes to our Doctrin consultation service to ensure that you receive help as soon as possible.

This change will mean that once you submit your Doctrin consultation, you will now receive a message from our Reception Team advising you of the next steps, for example, an appointment date and time with an appropriate member of our team, or onward referral to a relevant service.

We hope that this change will improve access and our service for our patients. Thank you.
