We understandgetting throughto uson the phone is a huge issue at the moment, andthisis our biggest source of complaints.

Things are improving slowly and,having done more data analysis,we now make sure we have more reception staff answering the phones at our busiest times, which tend to be on Every morning. However,with the best will in the world (and all the receptionists working flat out!),we cannot answer every phone call immediately aswe receive around800 calls a day –often more. This means thata lot of these phone calls do not need to come through us at allandthe ones that do still have to wait and wait.
