Swap to Stop

The Swap to Stop scheme supports adult smokers (over 18) to quit their cigarettes for a free vape starter kit as part of a twelve-week programme of support.

Adult smokers signing up to the programme can also benefit from other smoking treatments such as NRT to help manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

Swap to Stop is part of a series of new measures to help the Government meet its ambition of being smokefree by 2030 – reducing smoking rates to 5% or less.
