Doctrin is our online platform where you can have a digital consultation with the GP or healthcare professional at your convenience.

Appointments

Appointments are booked 10 minutes apart. We try our best to run to time so if you feel you need longer or have multiple issues you want to discuss, please book a
double appointment.

We offer routine telephone consultations with doctors or nurses, these can be booked via our reception team. 

There are occasions when a doctor may be delayed by an emergency. We will try to keep you informed of any delay and would appreciate your patience when this happens.

Early morning and evening appointments

We offer Enhanced clinics on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.  These clinics are pre-booked, routine appointments only.

Practice nurse appointments

Appointments with our nursing team are available during weekdays from 08:30.

Appointments can be made by telephone or in person at our reception desks.

 

Hospital care

Patient Choice

If a GP or another member of the healthcare team believes you need hospital treatment or specialist care elsewhere, they will offer you a choice of where you would like to be seen. Information leaflets are available at the surgery.

 

E-Referral

Your appointment can be booked electronically. When your GP has discussed your options with you, they will pass your details to a secretary who help you to ensure that a convenient appointment is booked promptly.
